Artica Official support is now moved to Help desk center

Since 1.4.112818 Artica provides Q.O.S management trough it's interface
quality of service (QoS) refers to resource reservation control mechanisms rather than the achieved service quality. Quality of service is the ability to provide different priority to different applications, users, or data flows, or to guarantee a certain level of performance to a data flow

This forum is now dedicated to Artica member's forum.
The Official Artica team will follow and answer to the Artica Help desk center.
(except for the Url Filter Box appliance that keep using the forum).

How using the Help desk center ?
You can register to help desk center trough this page ... n/Register
After register, you have a 30 days Free support that allows you to create support tickets, features requests and register to receive news from dev team.
