Try this in your Windows PC:

Start/Run/gpedit.msc
Local Computer Policy/Computer Configuration/Administrative Templates/System/User Profiles/

Enable both the "Prevent Roaming Profile changes from propagating to the server" setting and the "Only allow local user profiles" setting.

It doesnt work as you say.
abholinas said what it was his conveniences.

Please read this article from samba.org:

Roaming profiles are feared by some, hated by a few, loved by many, and a godsend for some administrators.

Roaming profiles allow an administrator to make available a consistent user desktop as the user moves from one machine to another. This chapter provides much information regarding how to configure and manage roaming profiles.

Please read the complete article in http://www.samba.org/samba/docs/man/Samba-HOWTO-Collection/ProfileMgmt.html

The normal is Roaming actived it.
In my case, i have everybody roaming and 2 users are local profile.

Hi David,

I enable roaming profiles and I create a new user, and this user can login into the system

But if I disable roaming profiles, users no longer can login into the system
