z-push and mobile webmail [CLOSED]

New postby Friend7 » Mon Jul 04, 2011 10:18 pm

Hello abolinhas,

With reference to: http://forum.artica.fr/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=3931

GO into freewebs and create 2 webservers one for z-push and second for mobile webmail.

Why would I need 2 webservers?

Hi,

You don't need use both, enabled only what you want.

Z-Push is an implementation of the ActiveSync protocol which is used 'over-the-air' for multi platform ActiveSync devices, including Windows Mobile, iPhone, Sony Ericsson and Nokia mobile devices. With Z-Push any groupware can be connected and synced with these devices.

Zarafa mobile webaccess provides basic web interface for older mobiles that not support active sync with limited functionality

Depends of your mobile.
If you have a mobile that support Active Sync I recommend Z-push, if not just left you the mobile webaccess
